Mobile SEO Mastery Program

Learn practical mobile optimization strategies that work in real business environments

We built this program after years of watching talented developers struggle with mobile search optimization. It's not about theory or generic best practices—it's about the actual techniques we use daily with clients across Bulgaria and beyond.

Starting September 2026, you'll work through real mobile optimization challenges. Not textbook examples. Actual sites with actual problems that need fixing. Because honestly, that's the only way to really get good at this.

How the Program Works

We split the learning into three distinct phases. Each one builds on what came before, but they're separated by a few weeks so you can actually practice what you learned. Cramming doesn't work for this stuff.

Phase One

Mobile-First Foundations

We start with the fundamentals, but not the obvious ones everyone already knows. Things like how Google's mobile crawler actually behaves differently than people think. Why certain "best practices" backfire for Bulgarian audiences. The technical setup that matters—and the stuff you can safely ignore.

Phase Two

Performance and User Signals

This is where it gets interesting. You'll dig into Core Web Vitals, but more importantly, learn which metrics actually correlate with better rankings in your niche. We've tested this across dozens of sites. Some conventional wisdom just doesn't hold up when you look at the data.

Phase Three

Advanced Optimization Strategies

By November, you're tackling complex scenarios. Multi-language mobile sites. Progressive web apps. When to use AMP and when it's pointless. We also cover local mobile search—crucial if you're working with Bulgarian businesses targeting local customers.

Our Teaching Approach

We're not fans of lectures. Most of your time is spent actually optimizing sites, getting feedback, and learning from what doesn't work as much as what does.

Live Site Audits

Every session includes reviewing real websites. Sometimes student projects, sometimes client sites we're working on. You'll see the messy reality of mobile SEO—pages that should rank but don't, quick fixes that have outsized impact, and the debugging process when nothing makes sense.

Weekly Optimization Challenges

Each week you get a different mobile optimization problem. Could be improving load time, fixing indexing issues, or optimizing for voice search. You work on it throughout the week, we review solutions together. Some challenges come from actual client requests we've received.

Tool Mastery Sessions

We spend dedicated time on the tools that matter—Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, mobile testing tools, and some lesser-known ones that are incredibly useful. Not just "here's what the buttons do" but how to actually interpret the data and make decisions.

Instructor demonstrating mobile SEO analysis techniques on multiple devices during workshop

The program is led by professionals who work on mobile optimization daily. They're not full-time educators—they consult with businesses, which means they're constantly dealing with algorithm updates and new challenges.

Velina Borisova

Technical SEO Specialist

Velina has spent six years fixing mobile indexing nightmares for e-commerce sites. She's particularly good at explaining why Google sometimes does baffling things, and she's got a knack for finding the one configuration issue that's killing your mobile rankings.

Dimitar Krastev

Performance Optimization Expert

Dimitar focuses on the speed side of mobile SEO. He's worked with media sites, SaaS platforms, and local businesses. His approach is pragmatic—he'll tell you when expensive optimizations aren't worth it and where the low-hanging fruit actually is.

Program Timeline for 2026

The next intake starts September 2026. We keep groups small—usually around 12 people—because larger classes make the hands-on work less effective. Applications open in June.

June 15, 2026

Applications Open

Submit your application with a brief description of your development background. We're looking for people who already know HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript—we won't be teaching web fundamentals. If you've built a few sites, you're probably ready.

August 5, 2026

Application Review Complete

We'll review applications and conduct brief video calls with potential students. This helps us make sure the program matches what you're looking for, and gives you a chance to ask questions about the curriculum and time commitment.

Sept 8, 2026

Program Begins

First session covers program logistics and dives into mobile-first indexing fundamentals. You'll get your first optimization challenge that week. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with some flexibility for students working full-time jobs.

November 20, 2026

Program Completion

Final projects involve comprehensive mobile SEO audits of real websites. You'll present your findings and optimization recommendations. Past students have used these projects in their portfolios when interviewing for development roles.
